KINGSPORT — The Kingsport Police Department is looking for two teenage girls, one of whom has been missing for more than a month.

Jacqueline Alyssa Waller, from Kingsport, was reported missing on Nov. 29 and was last seen walking in the 400 block of New Beason Well Road.

Jacqueline is 14, white, approximately 5 feet 1 inch tall and weighs roughly 116 pounds. She has brown hair and hazel eyes. When last seen, she was wearing a maroon hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans with holes, and white Converse athletic shoes.

Asia Dukes was reported missing on Dec. 26. Her mother told the KPD she had not seen her daughter since Christmas evening.

Asia is 17, black, approximately 5 feet 1 inch tall and weighs roughly 160 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes. When last seen, Asia was wearing a light blue hooded sweatshirt, jeans with holes in them, and snakeskin shoes.

Tom Patton, public information officer for the KPD, said foul play is not suspected in either case, and there’s no reason to believe either girl has left the area.

Getting the word out in these matters is crucial and, according to Patton, stories such as this one help law enforcement in locating missing juveniles.

“We get tips on (the stories). Not every single one, but we have no way of knowing until (the story) goes out there,” Patton said.

Anyone who knows the whereabouts of Jacqueline or Asia or has seen either girl during the past month is asked to contact the KPD at (423) 229-9429 or (423) 246-9111.
