KINGSPORT — If you recognize either of these people, Kingsport police would like to hear from you. The photos are from a camera inside a home that was burglarized earlier this week, according to a report issued by the Kingsport Police Department Friday afternoon.

It included the following:

• On August 28 at approximately 1:00 p.m., a citizen reported a burglary at a residence located at 1530 Lynn Garden Drive. He advised that the crime had occurred sometime during the previous four days.

• The suspects appeared to have forced entry into the residence through a window. Items reported stolen during the burglary totaled more than $2,000 and included assorted power and hand tools, a window air-conditioning unit, a set of antique dishes, a comic book collection and three brass lamps.

• Due to previous burglaries at this location, the owner had installed a trail camera inside the residence. The camera captured images of a white male adult suspect and a white female adult suspect.

• Anyone who recognizes either of them or who can provide any information which might help solve this case is asked to contact detectives in the KPD’s Criminal Investigations Division at (423) 229-9429 or to call Kingsport Central Dispatch at (423) 246-9111.

Alternatively, if an individual who is able to supply information related to this or any other case wishes not to be identified, tips can be submitted anonymously via online “Citizen Feedback” forms at: https://www.kingsporttn.gov/city-services/police-department/contact-us.
